Ntawiheba Emmanuel:  HR Manager.

Prior to joining Topsec, He was teacher at Gihundwe Primary center /Rusizi also worked as security guard, Supervisor and Branch Manager at KK security Rwanda. He hold Bachelor degree in Social sciences /sociology from formal National University of Rwanda with secondary certificate in Humanities in Teacher Training Course at Imena APEEDUC Secondary school/ Rusizi.

   Kayitesi Harriet: Director of Finance.

In 2010 she worked as personnel assistant in Topsec for 9 months.

She hold Masters in population and development from Annamalai University, from Annamalai University she earn Bachelor degree in business administration with Advanced level certificate from TAIBAH college in Uganda.

Twagiramungu Alex: Marketing and Procurement Manager .

Before joining Topsec Alex work as Teacher at Institut Paroissial de Mukarange also he was Oxfam UK Coordinator on the field, also worked in Australian Help Programme Coordinator also Alex worked as Radio Operation in KK Security Company also in KK Security he worked as Posting Officer, from 2001 until 2003 worked as Chief of Posting Officer in KK Security Company, also from 2003 up to 2004 worked as Division Manager in KK Security Company, in 2004 up to 2005 Alex as worked Marketing Manager and Operations Controller in Fodey Security, from 2005 until 2008 worked Operations Manager in Fodey Security also in 2008 he worked as Marketing and Client Care Manager in Fodey Security. Alex hold secondary Diploma in Arts from Groupe Scolaire St André.
