• Training is the primary foundation for our staff to provide an effective service to our clients.
• All recruits undergo a basic training programs covering the practical aspects of security.
• All staff is specifically trained in the requirements of the site to which they will be assigned.
• Safe handling and use of firearms, first aid, fire fighting, occupational health and safety, aids awareness.
Service conditions
• All our employees are insured with RAMA(Rwanda medical insurance) or mutuelle de sante
• All employees are entitled to an annual,paternity,maternity and sick leave
• All employees are members of Rwanda social security fund

Our 30 days Security Guard training course provides delegates with the knowledge, expertise and qualifications to pursue a career in the security guarding industry.
On successful completion delegates will qualify for a City & Guilds Level 2 Award in Security Guarding and will be able to apply for their Security Industry Association.
