TOPSEC INVESTMENTS LTD (former TOP SEC INTERNATIONAL Sarl, the company changed the name in March 2011 in compliance with the law No 07/2009 of 24/04/2009 relating to Rwandan domestic companies) became a registered Rwandan commercial Security Company in 2004 under Trade license No.101412024, which granted it a legal entity to provide manned guarding, electronic surveillance and alarm response services.

The Company was established with the explicit and vision of providing professional security services on commercial basis which include; unarmed guards, alarm systems and electronic surveillance.

TOPSEC INVESTMENTS LTD is proud to bring about transformation of the commercial security industry from the traditional manual guarding into a professional that gives pride to SECURITY NEEDS.

We will endeavor to provide all encompassing security solutions that best suit our customers’ needs and requirements. It may necessitate provision of integrated electronic security gadgets and professional guarding services.

The Company stands for high standards of professionalism; serving with diligence and our success is derived from dealing honestly and transparency with our clients.

Because of our vision and wisdom, the Company expanded from Kigali to Country wide with various clients categorized into: Commercial, International Organizations, NGOs UN Agencies, Government agencies, Private Institutions, Embassies, residences, etc.
